Instructions for installing the new Go App (replacement for iPartol) are as follows (make sure you are on wifi):


Step 1:

  • Open the App Store on your device and search for AnyConnect. Then download it.


Step 2:

  • Open settings > iTunes & App Store > Sign In
  • If you are logged in with an account – log out.
  • Login with these credentials:
  • Username: eric.hall@goapeuk.onmicrosoft.com
  • PW: MegaPacMan80!


Step 3:

  • Open the App Store
  • In the bottom, left corner click “features”
  • Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page
  • Select “redeem”
  • Select “enter code manually”
  • Type in the individual code you were given to download the application called “GAPA US”

Step 4:

  • Open settings > iTunes & App Store > Sign In
  • Log out of eric.hall@goapeuk.onmicrosoft.com
  • Login with your site apple id credentials.


Step 5:

  • Open AnyConnect
  • Click Connections
  • Click Add connection
  • Next to server address type in 85.113.69.1
  • Click Save
  • Click AnyConnect in the top left
  • Go to Settings
  • Slide the button next to “Block Untrusted servers” to the left. It should go from green to white.
  • Click home on the bottom left
  • Slide the button next to “AnyConnect VPN” to the right. Now click “continue” when the alert for “untrusted server” comes up.
  • When the Authentication screen opens, use your sites VPN user name and password for the login in.
  • Login with your site VPN login credentials. Click connect. Then click ok on the next pop up.
  • DONE!


Step 6:

  • Open GAPA US
  • Enter the 4 digit code you were given. (If you don’t know it, it will be the last 4 digits of your site phone number)
  • The data will sync and you will be all set up and ready to go.


Step 7:

            Confirm your patrolling route is correct.
